Deposit
- Booking is confirmed after 30% deposit on the total cost of the stay. The deposit is in USD only,
and will be processed by e-payment with our secured e-payment service Paypal. - The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
Room Cancellation
- More than 60 days before the expected day of arrival: we charge one night per room cancelled.
- Less than 60 days prior to the expected date of arrival: we keep 30% deposit.
- No show: no refund of the deposit.
- Earlier leave: No refund, 100% of the rate is charged per night left.
Discovery Package Cancellation
- More than 60 days before the expected day of arrival: we charge 20% of the package amount.
- Between 30 and 60 days days prior to the expected date of arrival: we charge 30% of the package amount.
- Less than 30 days days prior to the expected date of arrival: we charge 100% of the package amount.
- No show or Earlier leave: no refund.
On site payment - Cash only
