Deposit
Booking is imperative and will be confirmed only on reception
of a 30% advance deposit on the total cost of the stay.
After final agreement, an e-mail will summarise your pre-reservation, and provide you a
reservation code and the deposit amount in USD.
The deposit is in USD only and will be processed by e-payment with our
secured e-payment service Bali Payment (for Visa and Mastercard cards only).
A fee of 6 USD will be charged for this transaction.
To pay, you simply click on the "Bali Payment" logo on your right side.
The deposit will be converted into Indonesian rupiah at the rate
of the day of check-in (www.oanda.com), and deducted from the final invoice.
Cancellation
More than 60 days before the expected day of arrival: deposit refund following the rate
of the Indonesian rupiah against any other chosen currency on the day the cancellation
has been received (rate taken from www.oanda.com), minus applicable bank fees, minus one night.
Less than 60 days prior to the expected date of arrival: 30% of the published rate is charged
per night and per room cancelled or per villa cancelled.
Unless by advance agreement, the reservation of a client, not arriving by 8 pm
on the expected arrival date, will be cancelled. No refund of the deposit.
Earlier leave: No refund, 100% of the rate is charged per night left.
